Exercising is very important to me as I have Young Onset Parkinson’s and Exercise is universally recognised as the only thing that can slow progress of the disease. I was lucky enough to find Sanchez who was teaching both Core and Boxing based exercises at the local sports centre. Sanchez is one of those amazing people who have the ability to motivate and I noticed immediately that he was winning my trust and encouraging me to put in the extra effort. Since that time, I have seen the advantage of having his dedicated focus and accordingly I have taken up 1:1 tuition. These sessions are improving based my coordination and my cardiovascular levels.
