About Me

I have been working as a coach and trainer for 7 years, and I am passionate about helping my clients develop and reach their personal goals.

I started out as a semi-professional sprinter, and it was this understanding of the body and the work ethic and motivation it required that led me to train first as a personal trainer, and then as a rehab specialist.

I specialise in:

  • All aspects of personal training, but I am technically skilled in lifting, sprinting and primal movements (such as squatting or lunging)
  • Injury recovery and rehabilitation
  • Treating or working with other physical problems which may inhibit movement such as arthritis or chronic pain

I always try to deliver the best client service I can, and you can expect me to be attentive to your needs, adapting the approach, as necessary.

My clients say I am:

  • Friendly
  • Patient
  • Positive and motivating
  • Understanding – both of them and their needs
  • Professional

Finally, I believe that your safety must come first, and I am focused on continually improving my knowledge so that you are receiving the latest advice and practices. I have professional qualifications in:

  • Level 3 Personal Trainer.
  • Level 3 Strength & Conditioning for Sport.
  • Level 3 Exercise Referral
  • Level 4 Lower Back Pain Management
  • Functional Neuromuscular Assessment
  • Level 2 Fitness Instructing.
  • Self-Myofascial Release CPD.
